The Denver Chorale is a fresh, new choral vocal ensemble in the metro Denver area, and is the realization of a long-held dream for the founder and artistic director, Valerie Montaño. This is a revamping of the original design that I created for them in 2009, and now operates with WordPress CMS. The logo and website design is based on the custom leather portfolios carried by the company’s partners, which are emblazoned with the “Rockin’ LC” used to brand their cattle. Mailyn Faulkner is a dynamic and multi-talented motivational music coach, singer, songwriter, and all-around performer, who definitively views her art as an expression of her spirituality. The spiral design was inspired by the inter-connectedness of her multiple gifts and talents. Pamela Weng’s music consists of lush “sound paintings” that create very concrete pictures in your mind. She offers her work as her unique expression of hope and healing for the planet. I volunteered as editor and graphic designer for many years for this beloved organization. When they eventually put me on staff, the first order of business was to update their very tired early 90s web design.
